I have to figure how the word is meant. My best example is The dog rides the train or how to train the dog. Both the same spoken word and same spelt word. But both have very different meanings.<br />

<p>I told the nurse I was having difficulties with low ferritin (iron) due to inflamed large intestines, swallowing issues and a sore mouth. </p>

The problem with this is you do not know when people will reply. Online isn’t the same as meeting someone in person or knowing you can telephone them.<br />

<p>I also find audiobooks good because I can escape into a favourite book that I know well. </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I cannot do the exercises because they go against my respiratory physio therapy that I am having to get my breathing back to a normal pattern. I have to make sure my in breath, out breath and pause are all only done for two counts. </p>

As it was near Easter when I read this chapter I decided my safe space at that time was sat on the hill in front of the cross. My safe space may change through out the year. I just need to remember to go to my safe space when everything is getting too much. </p>
