I liked the idea of you needing other people to be able to build your confidence. Building confidence isn’t something you can do alone .

I’m glad to hear you took away something meaningful in the session! I’m sad I missed Wednesday’s session, as confidence is something I think many of us could do with a little more of (I know I could!)
