Sorry having to write this question here before I forget it. How do you go about getting your care in the work place? At the moment I do my husbands care and he does my care. I doubt it will be possible to get us both employment in the same work place.
Social care cannot support us apart at the moment. So how would this all work if I was to get employment or he was to get employement or we both were to get employment? Who would meet our care needs whilst we were at employment?

Access to work is the main benefit around employment. It’s partly around accommodations and equipment but they can also provide funding for PA/assistant for the time you are at work, so this would probably be what you would need to look at
