- Watch the Welcome videos and Website tour video to help you find your way around.
- The Spokz People Explained section gives a brief summary of what we offer and how our service works
- Complete the wellbeing questionnaire – This gives a starting point of your wellbeing and by completing it again in 6-12 months can help track your progress.
- Download the Programme Tracker before starting the Wellbeing Programme (more details on programme below)
- Read our buddy guide and zoom guide which will help you make the best of our live meetings and interacting with other members

The Wellbeing Programme
- When you login and are on your dashboard, you will see at the bottom of the page Wellbeing in a purple box with the text + Course Menu (click to open). If you click on this you will see all 12 chapters.
- If you can, we suggest you start at the beginning and work your way through and after that return to sections that are most relevant or helpful to you.
- If you prefer to pick and mix, we suggest you read chapters 2-5 first before you dip in and out. Working through the programme may bring up uncomfortable things for you and it is important to do this safely as you work towards positive change in your life. This is all covered in these first chapters.
- Chapter 1 is for emergency support if you have any suicidal thoughts or are experiencing overwhelm.
